I bought this to use at work. It works really well. I like that it doesn’t stick to the windshield. The windshield ones don’t always work really well. I needed something to hold my phone while driving.
The phone holder works great in my van and even in my husband's school bus! Worth the money and really very versatile.

This is a very simple and sturdy car phone holder. I like that it's low profile so I can have my phone in front of me and it doesn't impede my view too much. I use Google maps a lot so it's good to have the phone right in front of me. That said, I would love to find a holder with a low profile and as sturdy that holds my phone upright.
I've tried so many phone holders and they failed. A friend said this was the best one she's tried so I thought I'd give it a try. To my surprise it does exactly what it says and doesn't obstruct my view. This is so much safer than looking down at my cupholder. Highly recommend.

I checked out a LOT of phone holders—some that clip to the sunshade, rearview mirror, or dashboard. The common issue: too many moving parts that are bound to break and aren't easy to relocate. This phone holder, however, lets me position my phone ANYWHERE on the dash without blocking my view. It stays put, doesn’t slide, and securely holds my phone.
This one so far is the best option for my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500
I have had window phone holders for years. My newest case, while saying it can be used with with one, could not. Unless I added a metal plate between the case and phone, the magnet mount won't and with a plate added, the wireless charger won't charge. So I purchased this instead. So far it holds the phone securely and is not directly in my field of view out the windshield. It sticks firmly to the dash but easily moved around the dash and stays where it's placed. Nice product for nice price.

i have purchased numerous car phone holders that are designed to fit the air vents or the cup holders and each one will lose it's functionality within a year - or take up too much space in the cup holder. This one - although I wish I could use it with the phone in both portrait or landscape mode, seems to work well for my comfort level. It sits in a cubby on the dashboard. So far, so good! I would give it a 5 if I could use alternate modes for viewing while driving.

This simple, inexpensive, and easy to use cell phone holder does not slide around and holds the phone in place. It is more reliable than the suction type holders. You do not have to fiddle-faddle with levers and hope the suction does not come loose. Put the Loncaster in place and drive on.
