I bought two different mug heaters and I prefer this one. It’s got a great size so you can actually put candles on it to get those annoying last bits that never want to re light. The auto shut off works well and keeps the coffee warm. The look is stylish and there are leds on it to tell you which warmth level as well as a shut off button for the lights. You can set the timer from 2 hours to 12 hours. There’s also a F thermostat. Not sure if that would be C for other countries but I assume it would be. I like my coffee hot so I have it set for 176f but you can also chose 150f or 130f.

I did not expect much of a mug warmer when I ordered it. However, once I received and used it, it exceeded my expectations. It is very well made, with simple elegant design. Everything you need - adequate surface for a big mug, and let me tell you, my mug is big! Texas size big. There is enough space for it. Temperature control is very good and accurate. Timer with automatic shutt off is a huge plus! Plastic surface looks like wood and blends with a color of my office desk. I am very happy with it. Go for it, and you won't regret it.

I really don't want anyone to have to spend the time I have spent looking for these options, so I wanted to review. I spent HOURS looking for a warmer that is certified and as safe as possible that also reaches a heat high enough to melt scented wax. This checks all the boxes for me. It does have an LED light, which I am not fond of, but you can turn it off. You can also select how long you want the warmer to stay on, up to 12 hours. It does get hot, and scented wax is optimal at about 180. I use a ceramic top from a different warmer to put on the plate so it has full, flat bottom connection and then put a wax cup inside of that. It works better than any wax warmer I have ever had. The cord length is not too long nor too short...it gives you some flexibility so you don't need an outlet right next to you and you also don't need to coil up the cord.
