I have a Doberman Pinscher and a Husky that love to get their drink on. We have always had their water dish on a mat, but the splashing of water when they drink far outdistances any reasonably sized mat. My wife suggested we try this out, and honestly there isn't a single drop of water on the floor when they drink. We even got rid of the mat. On top of that it holds an impressive amount of water but still maintains a low profile. My Husky took to it right away, it took the Doberman a day to get used to it, and now even our cat drinks out of it. Highly recommended.

A family member had to give up his sweet Doberman after moving to a new house where dogs are not allowed. Since we had always loved her, we offered to adopt her and we couldn't be happier. There was one problem, though. Whenever she got a drink of water she made a horrible mess, splashing it all over the kitchen and stringing it throughout the house. We were constantly mopping and cleaning up. A little research online brought me to this Upsky water bowl and wow is it great. Virtually no splashing and she has to drink slower so her muzzle is not all wet as she walks away from getting a drink. It took her no time to learn to drink from it. I can't say enough about how great this thing is. Buy it, you won't regret it!

I usually don't fall madly in love with doggie drinking bowls but this is fabulous - I've already received the second one for the back of the house. My Lab - and I've had Labs since forever - is really a pig in Lab costume. He eats and manages to drag foody drool halfway across the kitchen and even on the walls. His water consumption is even worse - he drips water across the kitchen and wipes his mouth on anyone sitting nearby. He is a real slob. I thought that maybe - just maybe - this water bowl would help. I filled it and put it on the floor and waited. In no time, my big guy discovered it and began lapping from it with virtually no drips - well, almost no drips. We are ecstatic with a few drips instead of half a gallon dripped everywhere. What a fabulous product! Thanks to the inventor!!
